Brabus Unleashes the Beast: Hybrid Lamborghini Urus SE Takes on the World

Ah, so it turns out the key to long lasting minty freshness isn’t Colgate, Aquafresh, Listerine or whatever toothpaste/mouthwash you’re using in the mornings. No, the real solution is this – the all-new Brabus 900 Mint. Although come to think of it, we’re not sure we needed quite that much mint fed directly into our eyes. It burns! This is the first time Brabus has worked its magic on a Lamborghini, and the German tuner actually unveiled two versions of its Urus SE at the FAT Ice Race 2026 in Austria. So, the 900 Mint is joined by the 900 Superblack. And yep, as you might expect that one is finished almost entirely in black, although the Brabus styling bits have actually been left in exposed carbon. On both cars those bits include a more aggressive front end that apparently creates more downforce and channels more air towards the radiators ...

No, the real solution is this – the all-new Brabus 900 Mint. Although come to think of it, we’re not sure we needed quite that much mint fed directly into our eyes. It burns! This is the first time Brabus has worked its magic on a Lamborghini, and the German tuner actually unveiled two versions of its Urus SE at the FAT Ice Race 2026 in Austria.

So, the 900 Mint is joined by the 900 Superblack. And yep, as you might expect that one is finished almost entirely in black, although the Brabus styling bits have actually been left in exposed carbon. On both cars those bits include a more aggressive front end that apparently creates more downforce and channels more air towards the radiators and front brakes. There are also wheel arch extensions, a new diffuser section and a larger lip spoiler.

We’re told that something called the Brabus SportXtra module plugs in to drop the air suspension by up to 20mm too, and the embiggened arches are filled with monstrous 24in forged wheels. And heck, even those are finished in the minty paint. The assault on your eyeballs continues inside if you choose the full toothpaste spec. Almost every interior surface is covered in ‘Stone Mint’ leather. Brabus says this provides an “equally extraordinary and harmonious character”. Right. There’s a huge amount of special ‘Ellipse’ quilting in both cars, but the Superblack is much more restrained with a mix of black leather and Alcantara.

Of course, Brabus has shown no restraint with the powertrain. The 4.0-litre biturbo V8 has had its wick turned right up, so that when combined with the Urus SE’s electric motor the total output is now 888bhp. Good grief. Torque is up to 772lb ft too, while the 0-62mph time drops by two tenths to just 3.2 seconds. Top speed remains limited to 194mph to save the tyres from crying mercy.

The price tags are equally large numbers, with the Superblack costing €439,000 before tax, and the Mint demanding well over half a million Euros. Argh, there’s that burn again!
